CHASEN McCALL

When I was very young, my father taught me to see the world through the curious eyes of an explorer.  He took me on adventures to the Caribbean and to Central America.  I was scuba diving exotic reefs and spelunking rainforest caverns before I had my first kiss.

When I entered college I was already lost to the wonders of the world.  I spent semesters doing study abroads and backpacking to the farthest corners of the globe.

A few years ago, I had a life changing experience.

I was an art gallery owner at the time and over holiday, my father and I took my grandfather sailfishing in Costa Rica.  My grandfather, like many born of the Depression era, worked non-stop his entire life.  When he finally retired and sold his business, he had achieved financial security, but I think he realized he had missed out on a lot of things he had wanted to do in his life.

I accompanied my Grandfather to Costa Rica to catch a Sailfish, and together we crossed that off of his Life  List.  When I shared in his experience, and witnessed the tears of joy in his eyes, it had a powerful effect.

It made me wonder how many others in this world were like him– with travel dreams that had long been forgotten, that needed to be experienced and fulfilled.

Realization and then acceptance of my “calling” was a slow process. But I eventually began to see, that with my unique background and experience, there was no one better suited to help those people fulfill their travel dreams.  This has all become a reality as a result of sharing that humbling experience.

My clients come from around the world, and from all walks of life.  They come to me with a dream and I help them set a plan in motion to make it a real experience.  They rely on me to guide them to reach their goals and bring them back safely, and to make the entire experience fun, stressless, and truly unforgettable.
